- Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The exact payment requirements will be specified during the booking process.

- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled date, refunds will be issued at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You must be in good health and physically fit to participate in our expeditions. You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and safety instructions provided by us during the services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary documents (e.g., passport, visas) and comply with travel requirements for your trip.

- You acknowledge that participation in our activities may involve inherent risks and that you take full responsibility for any health risks associated with such participation.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who otherwise presents a risk to their own safety or the safety of others.
